Hello, I'm Pratha.
My journey into health and wellbeing began with my own experience of navigating change.
As I entered my mid-thirties, I noticed shifts in my energy, body, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Like many people, I found myself searching for answers and wondering how to best support my health through life's transitions.
That journey sparked a deep interest in nutrition, healthy ageing, lifestyle medicine principles, behaviour change, and whole-person wellbeing.
Today, I am a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Sports Nutrition Practitioner, and Midlife Health & Transition Practitioner.
Through Australian-accredited education and evidence-informed practice, I support individuals in understanding the many factors that influence their health and help them create realistic, sustainable changes that fit their lives.
My approach is practical, supportive, and personalised.
Whether your goal is to improve energy, build healthier habits, support healthy ageing, navigate a midlife transition, or simply feel more balanced and resilient, Aloya offers a space to start that journey.
