The Approach

Nutrition coaching that goes beyond food

Most people know what to eat. The real work is understanding why they don't — and that's exactly where we start.

My story

1

The routine

More protein. More fibre. More workouts. Still exhausted.

I was doing everything I thought was right — eating well, staying active, pushing through the stress. But the fatigue, the brain fog, the feeling of running on empty? Everyone said that's just what executive life looks like. I wasn't convinced.

2

The search

Fragmented advice. Nothing that actually worked.

I tried what the internet and social media told me — supplements, meal plans, trending diets. Bits and pieces, never a full picture. Nothing addressed why I felt the way I did, or that stress, sleep, connection and purpose were just as important as food.

3

The realisation

We're all unique. There is no one-size-fits-all.

What finally shifted was understanding that micronutrients — not just protein and macros — directly connect to mood, energy and recovery. And that health has five dimensions, not one. I pursued nationally recognised qualifications in nutrition, health & wellness coaching and sports nutrition to understand the full picture.

I help individuals who've been searching for real answers — not another diet — build a healthy lifestyle that actually lasts. Whether it's weight, energy, sports performance or navigating a health transition, explore the framework I've built for you.

The Framework

Built on 5 pillars

Every session works across all five areas — because lasting change rarely comes from food alone.

Physical Health

Pillar 01 · Physical Health

Nourish the Body, Fuel the Life

Physical health sits on a continuum — from illness and disease at one end to optimal function at the other. Every nutrient you consume plays a role in how your body performs, recovers and protects itself long term.

  • Personalised meal planning & dietary assessment
  • Macro & micronutrient balance for energy and recovery
  • Digestive health — gut microbiota, absorption & pH balance
  • Sleep quality, rest & recovery routines
  • Evidence-based supplement guidance
  • Preventative nutrition for long-term health

Pillar 02 · Mental Health

Calm the Mind, Sharpen the Focus

Mental health is how well you cope, work and reach your potential. Nutrient deficiencies, blood-sugar instability and chronic stress directly shape your cognitive function, focus and resilience.

  • Nutrition's role in cognitive function & focus
  • Behavioural change support (Transtheoretical Model)
  • Blood-sugar stability for mental clarity
  • Gut-brain connection & mood-supporting nutrients
  • Motivation, goal-setting & building intrinsic drive
  • Stress management through diet & lifestyle

Emotional Health

Pillar 03 · Emotional Health

Feel Through It, Grow From It

Emotional health is about self-awareness, confidence and the ability to manage feelings under pressure. Research shows emotional distress directly increases susceptibility to illness and poor food choices.

  • Recognising emotional eating patterns & triggers
  • Body image, self-perception & confidence building
  • Person-centred counselling & active listening
  • Decision-making support & action planning
  • Building self-esteem through sustainable health wins
  • Managing life transitions with emotional resilience

Spiritual Health

Pillar 04 · Spiritual Health

Find Your Purpose, Find Your Peace

Spiritual health builds positivity and resilience to life's most stressful events. It encompasses harmony, peace, purpose and aligning your actions with your deeper values.

  • Aligning health goals with personal values & purpose
  • Cultural identity & its role in food and wellbeing
  • Building resilience through meaning & connection
  • Finding peace and balance during life transitions
  • Mindfulness, reflection & intentional living
  • Connecting daily nutrition choices to a bigger picture

Social Health

Pillar 05 · Social Health

Connect, Belong, Thrive Together

Social health is the quality of your relationships — communication, accountability, intimacy and support. A poor social life increases depression, lowers self-esteem and directly undermines your food choices.

  • Social support network mapping & assessment
  • Strategies to reduce social isolation & build inclusion
  • Navigating social eating without stress or guilt
  • Family, cultural & religious food dynamics
  • Building accountability & communication skills
  • Community connection for long-term wellbeing

symptoms can last from perimenopause into post-menopause, yet most women receive no proactive support

“The health challenges women face in their 60s, 70s and beyond often trace back to symptoms that were dismissed in their 40s and 50s. What you address now shapes the decades ahead.”
